Hi, I’m Jennie Milton, but most people know me as Adrena-Jen—a name that embodies my passion for adventure and pushing the limits, both in sports and in life. I’ve spent a lifetime chasing adrenaline, competing at the highest levels in extreme sports like kitesurfing, snowkiting, and big mountain skiing, and every challenge has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, courage, and facing fear head-on. Becoming a champion wasn’t easy—I’ve faced my deepest fears, overcome serious injuries, and learned to navigate life’s storms with grit and determination. At 48, I became the Australian Women’s Kitesurfing Champion after major spinal surgery, proving that it’s never too late to reach for the top and that age is just a number when you’re determined to succeed.
As a professional coach and speaker, I take the strategies extreme athletes use to win—mastering mindset, building resilience, and adapting under pressure—and apply them to help others find their own edge in business and life. Working with women leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams, I empower individuals to climb their own mountains, knowing that the courage to face fear is the key to unlocking potential.
I’m also a children’s book author, inspired to share these life lessons with the next generation, hoping to empower young minds to embrace bravery and believe in themselves. Through my books, keynotes, workshops, and coaching, I bring practical tools and insights that help people break through barriers, build confidence, and find the energy to stand tall and stand out.
My mission is to inspire and empower individuals and teams to achieve success by adopting the mindset of a champion and the fearlessness of an extreme athlete. Whether you’re navigating business challenges or pursuing personal growth, I’m here to help you harness your inner strength, face the unknown, and live your best life.

Sharla Brown is a Canadian social entrepreneur, philanthropist and humanitarian who has been passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership and social issues her entire life. In the last 10 years Sharla has received 13 business and social impact awards, including the international WEF Iconic Women in Social Enterprise Award in 2016, the 2019 Ruby Award from Soroptimist International, a nomination for the 2017 Ontario Premier’s Award, 2019 Philanthropist by the Toronto Waterfront Women’s Awards, and has been invited to meet OPRAH!
For more than 28 years, through her entrepreneurial endeavours, Sharla has supported numerous community organizations. As the president of her event management company Keynote Events, she has created and executed more than 200 events and contributed more than 2 million dollars to various community and international charities.
Sharla mentors, teaches and inspires other women to embrace their leadership potential and entrepreneurial spirit. She empowers those around her to use their gifts to create a purpose-driven life doing what they love because she believes that each person’s gifts are like pebbles they can toss into the water, creating ripples that positively impact the world around them.
In 2015, Sharla travelled to Ecuador, and a world-changing ripple effect began through her creation of One Woman and One Girl.
These global social enterprises are on a mission to help women and girls around the globe live their dreams and reach their full potential through education, skills development and entrepreneurship.
Sharla has created over 200 One Woman Fearless events in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Her vision has ignited a ripple that has turned into an international wave of empowerment for millions of women and girls around the globe.
