Join us for an unforgettable two-day experience at the Norwood Legion, where women and girls from all walks of life come together to empower, uplift, and ignite their inner strength. The Summit is a celebration of sisterhood, where we create a space for every woman to shine, share her fearless story, and tap into her passion, purpose, and power to make a lasting impact.
Day 1, 9am- 5pm – we’ll be inspired by powerful keynote speakers and engage in interactive workshops that focus on personal growth, leadership, and confidence. Whether you’re a student, a professional, or a stay-at-home mom, this day will help you reconnect with your purpose, build new skills, and meet like-minded women who are passionate about making a difference in the world.
Day 2 , 9am-5pm- takes our empowerment journey even further as we put our knowledge into action. This day is all about growth and healing—together, we’ll work on our personal visions, heal our inner child, and dive deep into exercises that reset our nervous systems. Through powerful Qigong exercises and meditation, we’ll transform fear into strength, scarcity into abundance, and leave feeling grounded, empowered, and aligned with our true potential.
Si Liew is a Qigong practitioner, transformational coach, and international speaker dedicated to helping people reset their nervous systems, rewire their brains, and reprogram their subconscious minds to heal past wounds and rewrite their life stories. As a Registered Nurse specializing in occupational health for first responders and a Fa Chi Healer, she blends ancient Qigong wisdom with neuroscience, quantum physics, mainstream science, and epigenetics to guide you toward balance and lasting transformation. With over 20 years of experience creating corporate wellness programs and supporting individuals on journeys of inner child healing, mindset mastery, and emotional empowerment, her mission is to help you unlock your body’s natural healing power and create a vibrant, fulfilling life you love living.

Sharla Brown is a Canadian social entrepreneur, philanthropist and humanitarian who has been passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership and social issues her entire life. In the last 10 years Sharla has received 13 business and social impact awards, including the international WEF Iconic Women in Social Enterprise Award in 2016, the 2019 Ruby Award from Soroptimist International, a nomination for the 2017 Ontario Premier’s Award, 2019 Philanthropist by the Toronto Waterfront Women’s Awards, and has been invited to meet OPRAH!
For more than 24 years, through her entrepreneurial endeavours, Sharla has supported numerous community organizations. As the president of her event management company Keynote Events, she has created and executed more than 200 events and contributed more than 2 million dollars to various community and international charities.
Sharla mentors, teaches and inspires other women to embrace their leadership potential and entrepreneurial spirit. She empowers those around her to use their gifts to create a purpose-driven life doing what they love because she believes that each person’s gifts are like pebbles they can toss into the water, creating ripples that positively impact the world around them.
In 2015, Sharla travelled to Ecuador, and a world-changing ripple effect began through her creation of One Woman and One Girl.
