Cynthia Walsh is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Felicite Promo Events, a dynamic events management and promotional company nestled on the beautiful island of St. Lucia, with operations throughout the Caribbean region.
With over two decades of distinguished experience spanning event management, strategic marketing, workforce development, and corporate leadership, Cynthia is a visionary brand architect known for transforming concepts into high-impact regional experiences. Her career
track reflects a commitment to operational excellence, creative strategy, and community empowerment.
Prior to leading Felicite Promo Events, Cynthia served as a Research, Data & Knowledge Management Specialist with the St. Lucia Council for Technical & Vocational Education & Training (SLCTVET), where she spearheaded national career initiatives, youth empowerment workshops, and workforce development strategies. Her extensive corporate background also includes high-level executive marketing roles across the Caribbean, driving revenue growth for premier hospitality venue operations, managing major corporate and institutional accounts, and
orchestrating large-scale conferences.
Cynthia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University (UK) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. Driven by a passion for connecting people, elevating brands, and creating memorable events, she continues to inspire growth, innovation, and leadership across the Caribbean network.
