Teresa Carthron is from Texarkana, Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Arkansas with a degree in Nursing. In addition to being a Registered Nurse, Teresa is also a Certified Alzheimers and Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Alzheimers and Dementia Care Trainer, a Certified First Responder Dementia Trainer, a Developmental Disabilities Professional as well as a CPR Instructor. Although Teresa has accomplished much in the healthcare field and enjoyed many exciting clinical experiences, she has always had a desire to motivate others and become a successful entrepreneur. This desire has manifested itself into her position as CEO and Founder of The F.I.T.( Financially, Intellectually, Totally Fit For Life) Club by Teresa Carthon, the author of ‘Financially F.I.T.,’ CEO and founder of F.I.T. Wyck, a luxury boutique online candle company and upcoming host of the Teresa Speaks television show to be aired on WGNM television broadcasting station. These platforms have allowed Teresa to become a sought after International public speaker and Life Transformation and Mind Elevation Coach. She is best known for her ability to take the most complex material and relay it in an effortlessly straightforward way. No matter the topic, Teresa takes her students through a series of exercises that soon reveal one common dominator, “If you change your mnd, you change your future.”  Despite all of these accolades, Teresa treasures most her life-positions of wife, daughter, sister, dog-mom, god-mother of five and friend.

Her visions of entrepreneurship began to form at a young age as Teresa endured the heartache of fatherlessness, the struggles of personal brokeness and the battles of a bankrupt spirit to be propeled forward to become the woman that she is today. Teresa always knew that there was more and she was determined to achieve it, if only for mere seconds. Teresa has overcome the trauma, scars, set backs, push downs and general bumpiness of her life’s pathway by practicing the art of, “Shutting it Down,” prayer, dedication to personal development, exercising her gift of giving and embracing her always persistent natural ambitious nature. Teresa’s goal in life is to motivate a nation by empowering one man or woman at a time. Teresa believes that it is less important to stay in your own misunderstanding than it is to pursue knowledge and elevate to a position that allows you to fully operate in excellence.
