Upon reaching her health goals, Lisa chose to become a service provider and spent 11 years as a Wellness Coach, helping thousands of individuals achieve sustainable health and wellness outcomes. Several months later, Lisa was introduced to Positive Intelligence®, as a resource for combating stress and other negative emotions in the moment. She found the mental fitness tools to be ground breaking and easy to implement. This prompted Lisa to become a Positive Intelligence® PQ Certified Coach.
