Lori Hanson’s closing keynote for the ADA’s Health and Well Being Conference was the best program of the conference. Lori’s program The Champion’s Mindset was a great New Year’s Kickoff for our Colorado Women in Manufacturing chapter. We hosted a virtual event where Lori took us through how to focus your mind and body to achieve your goals. She led the group through an exercise to articulate a key goal for one’s life and gave good tips on how to go about achieving the goal as part of one’s daily routine. Lori’s presentation was very energetic and inspiring. More than half the group stayed for an optional 30-minute Q&A where she worked with each person to create a meaningful affirmation. I was impressed that Lori took big ideas, like having no limits and believing in yourself and coupled them with concrete “doable” actions to shift one’s mindset, like her Morning Mindset and using daily affirmations. Her empathetic style and genuine interest in helping everyone who joined us was an uplifting experience to be part of. I would highly recommend her.
