We’ve been sold on the idea that we can have it all. And, that we
can have work/life balance while trying to have it all. Being
successful in one area of your life doesn’t mean that you sacrifice
in others. You don’t have to sacrifice everything, but you will have
to sacrifice some things. The problem is that most of us are
sacrificing the wrong things and it’s hurting us in the long run. We
are sacrificing our health, our well-being, and our relationships in
order to be successful and have it all. Your performance and your
success come down to the ability to do establish these 3 things:

  • Clarity – Be clear on what you want and what makes you happy
  • Priorities – Establish clear priorities
  • Responsibility – Be responsible for setting boundaries to
    support your priorities

This keynote training will use audience engagement (where applicable), visual aids, and examples to build skills for self-
awareness around racial biases, and for understanding and

acknowledging situations before reacting. You will learn how to
focus attention, deepen insight and ask powerful questions to
create forward movement and deepen relationships and
collaborative solutions. As a result, individuals, groups, and

  • Have a framework for inclusive listening
  • Be able to ask powerful, forward-moving questions
  • Have the skills to create safe, inclusive environments in any

After hearing Eva Medilek speak at a global conference, it was clear I had seen one of the best. Her confidence, ability to hold the stage, and strength as a speaker who could bring together the message of other speakers into one concise message in alignment with her own, showed whether being the sole speaker or the expert in solidifying a message, she is the expert to call.

Eva is a delightful, eloquent and diversely skilled speaker! As a guest on my podcast she was engaging and professional. As an event speaker she is a wonderful teacher and adapts easily to the audience. She’s also an expert moderator and facilitator. Eva is a valuable addition to any show or event!

I have seen Eva Medilek present on stage in the UK and online and had the pleasure to work alongside her as part of the facilitation team for a global retreat. Eva has a great presence on stage and puts over a powerful and engaging message. She facilitated a panel discussion with grace to enable the speakers to put across their points. As a facilitator she is calm under pressure and responds to requests with flexibility.

I have had the privilege to listen to Eva in more than one occasion now. Every time she delivers with great impact. Eva is very talented, funny, and insightful. Her comments are relevant to every person. In this last opportunity, I invited Eva as keynote speaker at our corporate event. We needed a speaker to connect the dots between life and work balance, and I could not think of someone better that her. Feedback was off the chart!! Everybody in the audience was highly engaged and delighted with her presentation. People commented they received tremendous value in return for their time in attending her presentation. Many have requested that Eva be invited back again soon
Gustavo Garcia-Herreros,
I appreciated Eva’s transparency. She shared about herself. Also I really enjoy learning the relaxation techniques and about shrugging off work before interacting with the family. This has helped me see where I may have doing very wrong bringing my work issues to my family.
